or less , to the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 7, Lugonia Heights ,
as per map recorded in Book 8, Page 12, in the office of the County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California. Thence
southerly 4.0 feet along the east line of said Lot 5. Thence westerly
227.0 feet, more or less, along a line parallel with and 4.0 feet
southerly, measured at right angles , from the said south line of
Colton Avenue to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
southeast and having a radius of 13.0 feet. Thence west and south
along said curve a distance of 20.42 feet and through a central angle
of 900 to a point on the said east line of Division Street. Thence
northerly along the said east line of Division Street 17.0 feet to
the point of beginning.
