east 32 feet to a point on the ceaterline of 1.4 toot wide strip
to be described and the True Point. of Beginning.
Thence along a curve concave westerly having a radius of 48
Wet and a c:nti al angle of 270 301 . The initial tangent to
the curve at that point bears north 70 461 20" west. Thence
southerly along the said curve to a point of compound curve,
thence along a curve having a r.a.d:;u.s of 142 feet and a central
angle of 1.50 t to a point on the southerly right-of-way Line

COMMUNICATIONS (Continued)
On motion of Councilman Cummings, seconded by Council-
man DeMir]yn, a committee consisting of Mayor Burroughs,
Councilman Hartzell and City Manager Merritt was ap-
pointed to meet with a similar committee from San
Bernardino to determine mutual interest in the proposed
airport. Manager Merritt was requested to set up a
meeting as soon, as possible
CITY MANAGER A Grant Deed to the City from H J and A. M. Romo for
street right-of-way purposes in connection with Lot
Grant Deed Split 353 was accepted on motion of Councilman Martinez,
seconded by Councilman Cummings, with the City Manager
Romo authorized to execute the Certificate of Acceptance on
behalf of the City.
A Grant Deed from Thomas A. and John P Krup to the
Grant Deed City for signal installation at Brookside and San Mateo
was accepted on motion of Councilman DeMir]yn, seconded
Krup by Councilman Martinez, with the City Manager authorized
to execute Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the
City.
On motion of Councilman Hartzell, seconded by Councilman
Grant of Cummings, a grant of easement from the City to Everett
Easement Hayes through a public right-of-way adjacent to his
property on Cypress Avenue was unanimously approved by
City to the City Council, with the Mayor and City Clerk author-
Hayes ized to execute the document.
Water On motion of Councilman Cummings, seconded by Councilman
Meter DeMir3yn, authorization was given for installation of a
water meter outside of the City limits for the B & B
B & B Cafe on West Redlands Boulevard, subject to the fulfill--
Cafe ment of all City requirements and payment of fees
On motion of Councilman Cummings, seconded by Councilman
Transfer of Hartzell, approval was unanimously given for transfer of
Funds $51, 000 from the Filter Plant Reserve Fund to the Water
Fund to cover purchase of water meters, storm damage to
Water Mall Creek water owners ' property, and additional water
stock assessments.
Transfer of Option B water contract from D. J and V.
Option B K. Buck to Earl and Dolores Alves was approved by the
Water City Council on motion of Councilman Hartzell, seconded
Contract by Councilman Martinez.
