thence West 30 feet, thence South 15 feet, thence East 30 feet,thence
North 15 feet to the point of beginning.
Said Easement is for a domestic water pipe to be buried at least 22
feet from the surface of the ground.
Also another Easement for a 6 inch domestic water pipe and for the
maintenence thereof from the Northwest corner of the aforesaid des-
cribed easement and running in a Northerly direction 50 feet along
the West line of the East 30 feet of said Lot 5, Black 22, thence
East 15 feet, thence South 50 feet, thence West 15 feet, to the point
of beginning.
Said 6 inch domestic pipe line is to be buried at least 221� feet below
the surface of the ground
