thereto, upon, over, under and across those portions of Lots 6 and
9, Tract No . 1883, Wheaton's Subdivision No . 2, as shown by Map
recorded in Book 27 of Maps, Page 17, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, included within a strip of land 10 .00 feet
wide, the centerline of which is described as follows :
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 6• thence
along the Northerly line of said Lots 6 and 9, South 89° 11� 13" West
67 .74 feet; thence Course "A", South 21° 19' 56" West 18 .09 feet;
thence Course "B", South 46° 31' 32" East, to the Southerly line of
the 5-foot alley adjoining said Lots on the South; thence Easterly
along said Southerly line to a point in a line parallel with and
distant 5.00 feet Northeasterly, measured at right angles, from said
Course "B", said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said
centerline ; thence along said parallel line North 46° 31' 32" West
to a line, parallel with and distant 5 .00 feet Southwesterly, measured

and all rights of ingress to or egress from the easement herein quit-
claimed over and across those certain courses hereinabove designated
as Courses "A" and "B"
Said EASEMENT was reserved by the State of California in deed
recorded June 3, 1963, in Book 5921 of Official Records, Page 639,
in said Recorder' s Office .
