through a central. angle 460 171 3511 to a point of tangency; thence south
890 461 east 100.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to
the southwest and having a radius of 216.62 feet; thence easterly along
said curve 102.94 feet through a central angle of 270 131 3511 to its
intersection with the southerly line of said Lot 1, said line also being
the northerly line of Cliff Avenue 40 feet wide, now known as Sunset Drive
thence north 890 461 west 304.63 feet along said line to the point of
beginning.

The attached grant deed from Edwin S. Gaustad and Virginia M. Gaustad
is for street right-of-way purposes as required for the development of

will be vacated by the city at the time the improvements are installed
on this development.
