ing to the right from an initial tangent that bears south 33° 42' 40" east through a
central angle of 890 59' 55" with a radius of 13.00 feet, an arc distance of 20.42 feet
to a point on the northwesterly right of way line of said Cypress Avenue, said point
being south 560 17' 15" west 13.00 feet from the point of beginning; thence north 56°
17' 15" east along said northwesterly right of way line of Cypress Avenue, 13.00 feet
to the point of beginning, and
