Commencing at centerline intersection of Fifth Avenue and Rolling Hills Road, I
as the said intersection is shown on Tract No. 3837 , recorded in Book 50 of
Maps , Page 18 thereof, records of San Bernardino County; thence along the
centerline of Fifth Avenue, north 480 141 east 159.92 feet; thence north 410
391 west, 30 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of Fifth Avenue ; thence
north 480 141 east 68.67 feet along said northwesterly line of Fifth Avenue
to the beginning of a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 255.78
feet; thence northeasterly along the said curve 16.40 feet and through a
central angle of 30 401 26T, to Point of Beginning.
Thence north 410 39' west 184.04 feet to a point on the north line of said
Block; thence along said line north 890 40' 45t1 east to the northeast corner
of said lot ; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Fifth
Avenue and the Point of Beginning.
Except therefrom that portion lying northerly of the following described
line :
