San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, according to the Official Plat of said land, approved by the
Surveyor General, dated February 199 1869, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the West line of said East One-Half of
the East One-Hall' of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
21, with the North line of Colton Avenue, as it now exists; thence North
890 34, 16" East, along said North lige of Colton Avenue, 176.02 feet, more
or less, to a point thereon, which is South 890 34, 16" West, 155.58 feet from
the East lane of the said Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, said point
being the most Southwest corner of that certain property conveyed to the STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, by deed recorded July 3, 1961 in Book 5473, Page 229, Official
Records; thence along the Westerly line of said state property, North
440 34, 16t' East, 3.89 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line of State property
and along a line which is parallel to the North line of Colton Avenue, South
89° 34, 16" West, 178.75 feet to the aforementioned West lane; thence South
000 03, 40" West, a distance of 2.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
