SUBJECT: Vine Street ridening adjacent to Presbyterian Church
The at bached. drawing schematically shots that our proposal
is to shift the centerline of Vire Street 12.4 feet to the south.
This represents an area of approximately 4,054 sgvare feet. The
area of this displacement is the amount which will be required of
the cite at such time as a neer city hall is constructed. Therefore,
it would Appear reasonable for the city to participate at this time
by exchanging this amount of land to the church, thus expediting the
necessary widening of Vine Street. The remaining lot area of the
city-owned parking lot, which would contain approximately 9,516
square feet, is to be sold to the church at fair market value, the
