52.68 feet; thence South 79° 28' 15" East 15.35 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing South 79° 28' 15" East 52.52 feet to a point on a curve, the initial
tangent to said point on a curve having a bearing of South 4' 16' 03" West; thence
curving to the right with a radius of 490.00 feet through a central angle of 100 26' 02",
and arc distance of 89.23 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of said
Garden hill (formerly Garden Court), said point being a point on a curve, the initial
