FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows-
An easement for pipeline and right-of-way purposes., including the
construction., maintenance., repair and use of a pipeline, and ingress
and egress over the following described real property in the County
of San Bernard3-no;, State of California., described as follows-.
All that portion of Lot 4, Block 27, in the Stretch Map of Mentone, as
recorded in Book 8, Page 81 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County,
State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 4, Block 27, thence along
the east line of said Lot 4, N Olo 15' E 506.461 ; thence N 740 14' W 18.11'
to a point on the northerly line of a State Highway, 60 feet wide, known
as Mill Creek Road, thence continuing along a line bearing N 740 14' W
229.061 ; said line being the northeasterly property line of a parcel of
land owned by H. L. and Leonora M. Tate, thence along the northerly property
line of said parcel S 790 46' W 187.30' to the True Point of Beginning of
the centerline of said pipeline easement, 30' wide.
Thence S 190 471 40" W 1301 , thence S 800 24' W along a line to its point
of intersection with the southwesterly property of said parcel owned by
H. L. and Leonora M. Tate.
