EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of 19 ,
by and between IKE LANGLEY AND VIVIAN FA.Y LANGLEY, husband and wife ,
hereinafter" called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH _.
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located ir. C-ty of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows
A right of way for pipe lines szu feet (61 ) in width, over and across
those portions of Lots 1 and 2 of the OHIO TRACT, as per plat recorded
in Book ly of Maps , page 3 , records of said County, C. (Center Line )
of wh3,.c h is described as follows
Commencing at a point of the South lane of said Lot 1 , 28..5 .feet East
of the Southwest cornu of said Lot l; thence North 23 fees, thence
Dash: 19 feet; thence North 55 feet; thence wrest 19 feet, thence North
to the North line of aforesaid Lot 2.
AND WHEREAS, City desires the right to construct , place , operate,
inspect , maintain, repair , replace and remove water and drainage
facilities .
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to perform the above described 6rork. The gx antee herein agrees to
remove or relocate all facilities and plant fixtures placed on the
above described lot , under the right created by this easement , at
its own e%pense. and at such time as the public convenience may so s eclairs
