Commencing at the most southeasterly corner of said lot, thence along
the easterly line of said lot north 170 301 west, 588.47 feet more or
less to a point thereon which is south 170 301 east 51.95 feet from the
intersection of said line with southwesterly extension of the centerline
of Cypress Avenue; thence parallel with and distant at right angles 50
feet southeasterly from said extension of the centerline of Cypress Avenue
south 560 201 west 10.41 feet more or less; thence parallel with and at
right angles westerly 10 feet from aforesaid easterly line of said lot
south 170 301 east to a point intersecting with the southerly line of
said Lot 5; thence easterly along the southerly line of said lot to the
Point of Beginning.
