County, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1, thence
northerly along the easterly line of said Lot l a distance of
148,03 feet to an interaection with a line parallel to and
20 feet (measured at tight tingles) sovt1resterly of the north-
easterly line of said Lot 1; thence northwesterly along said
parallel line to an intersection with a Line parallel to and
20 feet westerly (measured at right angles) of the easterly
line of said Lot 1; thence southerly along said parallel line
to its intersection with the northerly line of Margarita Drive;
thence southeasterly along the said northerly line of Margarita
Drive to the point of beginning.

Gentlemen.
My wife and I are the owners of Lot 1, Tract 4942 .
At the time this tract was recorded, the City
reserved an easement along the easterly property
line of this lot for a width of twenty feet for
bridle trail purposes.
May I request that the City remove this easement as
it is not a logical location due to the excessive
grade which makes it impassable for horses , and
therefore cannot be used for the purpose for which
it was reserved.

Attention: Mayor Burroughs
The bridle path easement along the easterly property
line of lot 1 Tract 4942 is not a logical location
and should be relocated as shown on the map as
indicated below at such time as that property is
developed.
I recommend approval of the deletion of the above
described easement.
