In consideration of the sum of $500.00, receipt of wnich
is hereby acknowledged, CHURCH STREET MUTUAL WELL COMPANY, a
corporation Uereby grants to THE CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal
corporation, the following described real property in the City
of Redlands, County of San Berardino, State of California:
That portion of the Northeast k of the Northeast k
of Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, SAN
BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, described as follows.
BEGINNING at the intersection of the center line of
San Bernardino Avenue and Church Street; thence South
along the center line of Church Street 659.85 feet;
thence West 33 feet to a point on the West side of
Church Street for a point of beginning; txience West
20 feet; thence North 25 feet; thence East 20 feet
to the West line of Church Street; thence South 25
feet to the point of beginning
TOGETHER WITH all pipeline reasements conveyed to grantor by
the instruments respectively recorded in the office of the San
Bernardino County Recorder as follows:
