of California, the center line of said 10 foot wide easement being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly right of way line of Palm Avenue, as
shown on said plat of Tract No 6816, said point being the Southwesterly corner
of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 6816; thence along the Southwesterly line of said
Lot 1, North 33° 391 3011 West 102.010 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said
Lot 1; thence along the Northwesterly line of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 6816, South
56° 20' 30" West 16.15 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 32 of said Tract
No. 6816; thence along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 32, North 63° 201 0511
West 131.85 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 32, said corner being
on the Southeasterly right of way line of Greenwood Court, as shown on said plat
of Tract No. 6816.
