WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in Redlands r i tY , County of San Bernardino, State of California, q
described as follows The east 10 feet of the following described property: A !
portion of the west half of the gest three fourths of the southwest quarter of
Section 24, T.1S, R.NY S.B.11.1 described as follows: Beginning at a three-fourths
inch iron pipe in the middle line of East Colton Avenue, distant north $90 3$t East
(magnetic variation 150 East) ten hundred and eleven and thirty-two hundredths
( 1011 .32) feet from a stone monument at the intersection of the middle lanes of �
East Colton Avenue and Judson Street; said stone monument begin nineteen and forty-;
five hundredths (19 45/100) feet nest of the southwest corner of the southwest
quarter of said section 24; thence from said point of beginning north 00 26' gest
four hundred and thirty--five and sax tenths (435.6) feet to a two inch stake, thence
south 8g0 38' gest two hundred and fifty (250) feet to a two inch stake; thence
south 0 26* East four hundred and thirty-five and six tenths (4355.6) feet to the
middle line of East Colton Avenue aforesaid; thence along the middle lane of said
East Colton Avenue north 890 38' East, two hundred. fifty (250) feet to the above
point of beginning,

AND WHEREAS, City desires
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
