THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 13thday of January 19 64
by and between CITATION CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest. r .
WITNESSETH �+
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in the City of Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
A 10 foot wide strap of land over and across portions of Lots 1, 29 32, and 33 of
Tract No. 6816, as per plat recorded in Book 89 of Maps, pages 12 and 139 records
of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, the center line of said 10
foot strap of land being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly right of way lane of Palm Avenue, as shown
on said plat of Tract No. 6816, said point being the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1
of said Tract No. 6816; thence along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 11 North 33°
39' 30" West 102.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence along the
Northwesterly lane of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 6816, South 560 20' 30" West 16.15 feet
to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 32 of said Tract No. 6816; thence along the North-
easterly line of said Lot 329 North 63° 201 05" West 131.85 feet to the Northeasterly
corner of said_Lfltw32,_ � -hPlr7_C�„ .�, hP � eg,Y-
Greenwood Court, as shown on said plat of Tract No. 6819.
AND WHEREAS, City desires an easement and right to construct and maintain
water lines over and across the above described 10 foot wide strap of land.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:

The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to construct and maintain water lines over the above described strip of land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
