EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ZR'Lbday of usf 1q�2,
by and between Ralph M. Buchwalter and Barbara J. Buchwalter
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors to interest.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and ovens that real estate and real property
located in-the Citv of Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows
That portion of Lots 10,11,31:32,33 and 34, Block 4, Crescent Avenue Subdivision
as recorded in Book 5 of Plops, Page 78 thereof, records of said County, lying
between the northeasterly right-of-way line of State Highway 26 from Highland
Avenue to Crescent Avenue, asiit exists as of August 15, 1962, and the following
described line:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of said lot 10 at a distance of
42 feet southerly from the northwesterly corner of said lot 10, thence
southeasterly across Lots 10,11,31,32,33 and 34 to a point in the southerly
line of said Lot 34, said point being 23 feet westerly of the southeasterly
corner of Lot 34.
AND WHEREAS, City desires to construct an embankment and an embankment slope
on and over the above described property.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to construct and embankment and an embankment slope on and over the above described portion
of Lots 10,11,31,32,33 and 34 , Block 4, Crescent Avenue
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite durat-ion
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
