THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of March 19 64
by and between J. J. Andrews and Julia Andrews ,
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH-
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real ee4Ate and real property_. a
located in Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of Cali ,

That portion of Block 1'D" of the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands
per plat on file in Book 5 of Maps, page 2, records of San Bernardino
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Lot 2L., Tract No. 6889,
as per plat recorded in Book 87 of Maps, pages 80 and 81, records
of said County:
thence South 560 191 15" West along the Northwesterly
line of said Lot 245 18.50 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North. 330 411 h5" West, 141.00 feet to the south-
easterly lane of Palm Avenue, 100.00 feet in width;
thence South 560 191 15" West, 5.00 feet;
thence South 330 4.70 4511 East, 141..00 feet;
thence North 560 191 1511 East, 5,00 feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, City desires
To install and maintain sewer facilities over and across the above described
property; Such pipe line to be installed underground at a reasonable depth.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does Hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
To install and maintain sewer facilities over and across the above described
property, such pipe line to be installed underground at a reasonable depth.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
