THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 27th day of March 19_x,
by and between John P. Norton and Norma, I . Norton ,
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows
That portion of Block I'D" of the Second Preliminary Maps of Redlands per
plat on file in Book 5 of Maps, page 2, records of San Bernardino County,
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northerly corner of Lot 2h, Tract No. 6889, as per
plat recorded in Book_ 87 of Maps, page 80 and 81, records of said County;
thence South 560191 15" blest, along the Northwesterly line of said
Lot 240 18.50 feet;
thence North 330 41' 45" West, 141..00 feet to the Southeasterly line
of Pair" Avenue, 100.00 feet in width;
thence Borth 560 191 15" East, along said. Southeasterly line, 5.00 feet;
thence South 330 41' L5" East, 131.00 feet;
thence North. 560 19, 1511 East, 17.50 feet;
thence South 330 411 4511 East, 10.00 feet;
thence South 560 19' 15" West.. 4.00 feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, City desires
To install and maintain sewer facilities over and across the above described
property, such pipe line to be installed underground at a reasonable depth,
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
To install and maintain sewer facilities over and across the above described
property, such pipe line to be installed underground at a reasonable depth.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a Period of indefinite duration.
