WITNESSETH WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property located in Citv of Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: G A 10 foot wide strap of land over that portion of the Southaestof Lot 2, Block ' SECOND PRELTITINARY IiAP OF REDLATMS, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of 1daps, Tia e 2, records of said County; said strap of land lies 5 feet on each side of the follolving described center- line. BECINNINC at a point on the Northwesterly line of said Southwest z of Lot 21 Forth 56° 174 55" East 237.50 feet from the most l`lesterly corner of said Lot 2, thence continuing North 56° 17' 55" East along said Northwesterly line, 92.59 feet, thence South 330 41t 58" East 10.00 feet; thence South 56° 17' 55" Wiest parallel with said Northwesterly line of Lot 2, 92.59 feet; thence North 33° 41' 58" West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, City desires to acquire a sever easement - F NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows: The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right to construct and maintain sanitary sewer facilities. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
