County of San Bernardino, State of California as shown on Map No. 2 and as per
plat recorded 3.n Book 6 of Maps, Page 36, records of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most northwesterly corner of said Lot 1, being the intersection
of the easterly line of 80 foot wide Cajon Street and the southerly line of 70
foot wide Summit Avenue, thence along said easterly line of Cajon Street so8th 33°
401 east 113.04 feet, thence north 380 351 east 24.17 feet, thence south 88 �5t
east 17.03 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast whose radius
is 306.00 feet, thence northerly along said curve 111.26 feet through a central
angle of 200 491 57" to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the east
whose radius is 13.00; thence northerly along said curve 9.97 feet through a
central angle of 430 55, 54" to the said southerly line of Summit Avenue, thence
along said southerly line of Summit Avenue south 560 201 west 8.36 feet to the
point of beginning.
