EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this qt:h day of---Angnst. 1914�_,
by and between Xortir�er C. 'Brennan and Barbara C. Brennan, husband and irife
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property

located in County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows

AND WHEREAS, City desires the right to construct, place, operate, -aspect,

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to perfo l� the above described work. The grantee; herein agrees to remove or relocate
all fac-lities and plant fixtures placed 0n the above described lot, under �e r1 ght
created by the s easement, at its oiin expense and at such tame as the publ.a c conven-
ience nay so require.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
