Easement No. 1
That portion of Lot 30 of Redlands Heights, per Map recorded in - -,
Book 11 of Maps, Page 16, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, and that portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Town-
ship I South, Range 3 West, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, included within a
strip of land 20 feet wide, lying 10 feet on each side of the following
described line:
BEGINNING at the intersection of that certain course shown as
having a bearing of South 25° 47 ' 49" East in the Northeasterly line of
that certain strip of land designated as Segment #23 on Map entitled
"Detail Map of Relinquishment" on file in Book 5 of State Highway Maps,
Page 68, in said Recorder's Office, with a line bearing
South 640 121 11" West from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 30;
thence Northeasterly along said line to said Southeasterly corner;
thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the South One-Half of
Section 36, a distance of 200 feet,

That portion of Lot 31 of said -Redlands Heights; included with-
in a strip of Land 20 feet wide, lying 10 feet on each side, of the
following described line:
BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 31, distant
along the Easterly Innes of said, Lo is 30 and 31 of said Redlands Heights,
North 00 10' 00$1 West, 634 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 30; thence South 700 46' 3111 West to that certain course shown as
having a bearing of South 410 24' 39" East and a length of 133.25 feet
in the Northeasterly boundary of Segment 7 21 on 18Detail Map of Re--
linquishment" on file in said Book 5 of State Highway Maps, - Page 66.
Subject to special assessments if any, restrictions, reservations, and easements of record
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN
FIRST, the Director of Public Works has heretofore found and determined and does hereby find and determine, that the
said lands were acquired for State Highway purposes and are no longer necessary, and are not now being used for highway
uses or purposes;
SECOND, that this conveyance is executed pursuant to the authority vested in the Director of Public Works by law
and, in particular, by the Streets and Highways Code.
