to the TRITE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence south 560 171 3511 west 20.72 feet to a point on the northeasterly
right-of-way line of State Route No. 26 as it existed on July 1, 1960;
thence northwesterly 200.00 feet along a curve of 2527-foot radius, concave
to the northeast and whose initial tangent bears north 570 091 4011 west,
said curve also being the above mentioned northeasterly line of State
