Drive) ; thence North 69° 36' East along the Southerly line of said Sunset Drive,
142.44 feet to an angle point therein; thence South 56° 54' East along said Southerly
line of Sunset Drive, 243.78 feet; thence curving to the right from an initial tangent
that bears North 71° 00' 40" West with a radius of 232 feet through a central angle of
14° 06' 40", an arc distance of 57.14 feet; thence North 56' 54' West parallel with
the Southerly line of said Sunset Drive, 149.42 feet to a tangent curve; thence curving
to the left with a radius of 68 feet through a central angle of 53° 30' , an arc distance
of 63.50`feet; thence South 69° 36' West parallel with the Southerly line of said Sunset
Drive, 100.22 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Block 36; thence North
52° 37' 45" West along said Southwesterly line (recorded North 52° 35' West by said
map of Johnson's Subdivision) 8.28 feet to the point of beginning.
