DEED OF DEDICATION

does hereby dedicate to the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation,
for public use for street purposes, the real property in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as:
All that portion of Lot 2 of Tract No. 4029 in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat re-
corded in Book 51 of Maps, Pages 18 and 19, Records of said
County described as follows:
Beginning, at the intersection of the southerly line of said Lot
No. 2 and the westerly line of 66 foot wide Texas Street; thence
along the westerly line of Texas Street north 000 001 45" west
81. 00 feet to the southerly line of Sun Avenue, a street of 40-foot
width, thence along the southerly .line of Sun Avenue south
