This first amendment(this "First Amendment")to the independent contractor agreement
dated April 17, 2012 (the "Agreement")by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation ("City"), and Play-Well TEKnologies (Contractor), is made and entered into this 18th
day of July, 2017.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement to
develop and conduct engineering with LEGO camps for the City's Recreation Division at various
City facilities,
NOW, THERFORE, City and Contractor hereby agree to amend the Agreement as
follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Paragraphs A and B of Section 1 of the Agreement, entitled "Services," is
hereby amended to read as follows
"A City hereby engages Contractor to develop and conduct engineering with LEGO
camps for the City's Recreation Division(the "Services") The classes shall be conducted at
various City facilities Contractor shall determine the method, details and means of performing
the Services and shall advise City of the same prior to performing Services under this
Agreement Contractor further agrees to perforin the Services to the best of its ability and in an
efficient, safe and competent manner
B The Services may be scheduled by Contractor for any times, upon the availability
of City Facilities "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and unaffected
by this First Amendment
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be
effective as of July 18, 2017
