(ii) be dedicated to charitable purposes which are compatible with the Peririitted Lases Notwithstanding the provisions set forth herein, the parties intend that the Lease (he-rein "Lease") of the Property between NVLMA, as Landlord; and The Contemporary Club, a California Dori-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, as Tenant, which is dated December 30, 2015 (with.
