RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO DEDICA'T'E
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES ##280
WHEREAS certain real property hereinafter described belonging to the
Redlands School District of San Bernardino County, California is not needed
for school classroom purposes,
Nal THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVIO that it is the intention of the Governing
Board of the Redlands School District to grant at its regular meeting
to be hold on September 119 1962, to the CJ.ty of Redlands, a municipal
corporation, and a political subdivision of the State of Caufornia, for
public purposes, upon consideration that said City shall, pay all costs
incidental to such grant, including the cost of the necessary legal publication
of this resolution of intention to grant the hereinafter described property.
The real property to be so granted pursuant to this resolution is
described as that real property in the City of Redlpnds, County of San
Bernardino, State of California;
The easterly 4 feet of Lots 1 through 10 of WalkerQs Subdivision
