THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2-�_day of 191a,
by and between West Redlands Water Compsnv . a. C^l.i forni.a Cor-or-, ti
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located intbP City of Ppiilands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows
Being an easement of 20 foot width of Block 41 of Map No. 8 of
Redlands Heights in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 5, Records
of said County:
Lying beiween the southerly right-of-way line of Reservoir Street
and the northeasterly line of existing State Highway Route 26 and
southeasterly of and adjacent to the following described line.
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Marshall. Street
extended and the southwesterly right-of-way line of Reservoir Street;
thence southerly along said right-of-way line of Marshall Street
9.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence to the terminus of
said line which lies in said northeasterly line of existing State
Highway Route 26 and a distance of 6.50 feet from the centerline of
Marshall. Street extended measured along said northeasterly Line of
existing State Highway Route 26.
AND WHEREAS, City desires to construct., operate and maintain a concrete
ditch.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:

The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to construct, operate and maintain a concrete ditch. Across said property, but
subject to the right of owner or its successors or assigns to require said ditch
to be covered at the expense of grantee or its successors or assigns, with a sub-

City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
