RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, Californias has
received from the Redlands School Distr'Lct of San Bernardino County the
grant of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands,, County of
San Bernardino., State of California., as descri-bed by said deed dated
July 11., 1961, said property for street purposes and described as followss.
All of that port-ion of Lot 11 and Lot 12 of Smith2s Subdivision
No. 3 in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardinog State
of Calif orraa as per plat recorded an Book 12 of Maps., Page 33.,
records of said County., desc:ribed as followss
Commencing at the centerline intersection of 60-foot wide Ivy
Street and 60-foot wide Bur gis Street as shown on said map,, thence
along said centerline of Burgip, Street north 21.° 029 west 30 feet
to the northerly right-of-way lame of Ivy Street; thence north
75' 590 east 6.06 feet along said northerly -tine to the true point
