West, 222. 96 feet along the said South line of Terrace Avenue, thence at right
angles South 00 06' East, 314. 45 feet, thence at right angles, North 890 54'
East, 17. 45 feet, thence South 00 32' East, 126 23 feet, thence at right angles,
South 890 28' West 99. 86 feet, thence South 20 42' West, 114. 28 feet to a point
which is North 100 0 feet from the North line of a 60 foot street known as High
Avenue; thence South 890 58' East 312 50 feet parallel with and 100 00 feet
distant from said North line to the West line of the aforesaid Tract No 1935,
thence North 557 50 feet, more or less, along the said West line of Tract No.
1935, to the point of beginning
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Southerly of the following described
line: BEGINNING on the West line of Tract No 1935, College Place, as per plat
recorded in Book 28 of Maps, page 5, records of said County, distant along said
West line being also the West line of an alley, 10 feet wide, as shown by said
Map of Tract No 1935, North 00 09' 11" West, 242 25 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Tract No. 1935, thence North 710 29' 58" West, 215. 98 feet to the
Westerly boundary line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the Second
Christian Reformed Church of Redlands by Deed recorded January 4, 1950, in
Book 2508 of Official Records, page 132.
