COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Lot XXV, said corner is the center line
intersection of Marvin Avenue and Marion Road, formerly called "Daisy Avenue"; thence
along the center line of Marvin Avenue, South 27° 211 45" East 346.13 feet (340 feet
record) to the Southeast corner of said Lot XXV; thence along the South line thereof,
being the center line of a vacated portion of Marvin Avenue, South 89° 581 45" West
28.14 feet to the True Point of Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of
50 foot wide Marvin Avenue; thence from the True Point of
BEGINNING continuing South 89" 58' 45" West 5.63 feet; thence along a line which is
parallel with and 30 feet Southwesterly of the center line of Marvin Avenue, North
27° 211 45" West 279.56 feet to the 'beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the
Southwest whose radius is 25 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve, 19.62 feet
and through a central angle of 44° 58' to a point on a line which is parallel with and
50 feet Southwesterly of the center line of said Marion Road; thence along said line,
South 720 191 45" East 17.42 feet to a point on the aforesaid Southwesterly line of
50 foot wide Marvin Avenue; thence along said line, South 27° 211 45" East 287.49 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
