SOt HERy CALIFERNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, its successors and assigns, they
right to construct, ue3es, maintatin$ alter, add to, replace, repair, and/or removes, in,
on, and over the reael property hereinafter described site anted in the County of Saan
Bernardino, State of California, a transformer enclosure and an electric line, con—
sisting of poles, necessar7 puye and anchors, crflss-corms, wires and other fixtures
and appliances, for conveying electric energy to he used for light, heat, power, tele—
phone end/or other purposes.
