CURTIS, being first duly posed and sworn, deposes and That she resides at 10997 California Street, in the Rancho San Bernardino, west of the City of Redlands, in San Bernardino County, California. That she is a native of California and is over ,Sixty-five years of age, and has resided in the said locality during all of her lifetime. That she is now the owner of the following water right : That certain water and water right consisting of the use and flow of the whole of the water of Mill Creek Zanja, so- called as the same customarily flows for a period of and hour from 11:00 a. m. to twelve noon recurring every ten days on the Curtis dater day, so-called and being a portion of the water apportioned to William Curtis by Agreement of the Water Users recorded in Book "A" of Agreements, pane 199 in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County. And knows to her personal knowledge that this water right was vested in her grandfather, William Curtis, who owned this water right before 1900 and as far back as 18$0. Thah Affiant's father Eli. C. k:urtis, acquired this avatar right from the estates of his parents in 1914 or 1915. On his death in 1926, this water right passed to Affiant's mother, Jennie Curtis, and when she died in 1935 tid.s water right passed to Affiant 's sister, Nellie C. Doughten, who passed away in 1959 and on the distribution of her estate in 1960 Affiant acquired this water right . The chain of title on the within described four acres is the same as the foregoing, and this water has always been used thereon.
