RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROMs
D. LOWELL WELLS and DORIS Ea WELLS, husband and wife,,
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, Californias has
received from D. LOWELL WELLS and DORIS E. WELLS, husband and wife° the grant
of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands9 County of San Bernar-
dino° State of California, as described in the deed dated February 2, 1960
and attached hereto, said property including:
All that portion of Lot 1, in the G. Huizing Subdivision, in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 19 of Maps, page 558 records of said County, and all
that portion of Lot 7, Block XXXII, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands,
as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 29 records of said County,
