GENERAL
THIS AGREEMENT, de ,and,entered into this 4th day of Larch , 9 60 ,
by and between Brookside Dairy Distributors$ a co-partnership composed of Joe Van Mouweri�k,

executors, administrators, agents or assigns, and the City of- Redlands, a municipal "
corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and tw

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property located in

Redlands , County of San Bernardino
State of California , described as follows.
A 10 foot wide strip of Lot 31 Block 27 of a portion of West Redlands as
per plat recorded in Book 9 of Sups, Page 22, records of said County,
lying southwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Kansas Street and closed
Barton Road, thence south ao 17' to the centerline of Alder Way which is
also the terminus of said line.
AND WHEREAS, City desires
To construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, replace, repair and remove
sewer facilities.

NOW, THEREFORE, 'it is hereby agreed as follows:
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right__
To construct, place, operate, inspect, mazntarD, repair, replace and remove ;
sewer facilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOID the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the City, its
successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
