WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property located in

California in the southwest quarter of Section 211, Township 1, Range 3 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as per plat recorded in Book 4828 of Maps,
Page 1 and 22, records of said County described as follows:
Being a strip of land 12 feet in width lying along the southwesterly line of
Parcel 19 and 20 and being also northeasterly of and adjacent to the northeasterly
line of the existing 50 foot wide northeast right-of-way of the A.T. & S.F.
Railroad, extending from the east right-of-way line of Alabama Street, a street
of 68.6 feet, right-of-way to the north right-of-way line of Colton Avenue, a
