RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has re-
ceived from JAMES H, WALSB, the grant by Grant Deed of real property in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as described in the Deed
dated March 2q, 1960 and attached hereto, said property including:
