BEGINNING at the intersection of the East line of Tennessee Street with
the South line of West Central Avenue, also known as State Highway, as
described in Condemnation proceedings, Case No. 36900, San Bernardino
Uounty, a certified copy of the decree recorded August 31, 1938 in Book
1292, page 402, Official Records; thence South along the East line of
Tennessee Street to the Southeast cgrner of the land conveyed to Edmund
L. Zander, etal, by deed recorded November 14, 1958, in Book 4654 at
page 61, Official Records, and being 190 feet North of the North line
of West Park Avenue; thence East four feet along the South line of said
Zander land; thence North parallel to the East line of Tennessee Street
Grp to a point 16. '90 feet South of the South line of said West Central
Avenue, measured parallel with said East line; and being a point of
tangent on a curve concave to the right, thence along said curve having
a radius of 12 feet throutlh an angle of 1090 15 ' 30" a distance of 22.88
feet to a point of tan§ent with the South line of said West Central
Avenue; [thence Northwesterly along Laid South line of said West Central
Avenuep21.14 feet to the East line of Tennessee Street the point of
Minning, said dedication required for the protection of the public healb
ety and welfare and for the purpose of providing light, space and air. .
