Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 19 of Magnolia
Tract, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 15, pages 63 and 64, 0f Maps,
records of said county, thence northwesterly along the northerly
prolongation of the westerly line of Norwood Street as said street
is shown on said Magnolia Tract, 290 feet; thence northeasterly
to a point on the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of
said Norwood Street, which point is northwesterly 281 feet from
the northwesterly corner of Lot 20, Magnolia Tract; thence south-
easterly along said northerly prolongation of the easterly line of
Norwood Street 281 feet to the northwesterly corner of Lot 20 of
the said Magnolia Tract; thence at right angles to the last course..
southwesterly 72.50 feet to the point of beginning.
