0ITNESSETH:
Said first party, in consideration of the sum of one dollar
00) and other valuable consideraLioAs to it in hand paid by
said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does
by these presents, and upon the conditions and subject to the
reservations hereinafter mentioned, hereby grant onto said party
of the second part the easement, right and privilege of entering
upon the hereinafter mentioned real property, and constructing
and maintaining upoA, over and across said real property, excavations,
and storm water ditch within the following described strip, to Wit-
Portion of Block 29, Barton Ranch, as per map recorded in
Book 6, Page 19 , records of San Bernardino County, California,
described as follows.
Beginning at a point on the east line of New York Street ,
said point being the northwest corner of the south 400 feet of
the west 85050 feet of the north one half of said Block 29,
thence along the north line of the aforesaid south 400 feet
east 50 feet , thence southwesterly 54.60 feet to a point on
the east line of New York Street, thence along said east line
of New York Street north 22 feet to the point of beginning.
