paid, Crafton xw Vater Co„ do hereby grant to the City
of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, a
right of way to construct and forever malnt�.in a pi line
over- and across that certain real property in ;dill Creek
Canyon, San Bernardino County, Culifornia described as
follows.
Beginning at Rocky Falls (so called) near the Southwest
corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, thence Westerly along and near the Miii Creek
paved Highway to and connecting with a pipe lane now existing
near the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 10, Toymship 1 South, Range 1 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
Together with the right to enter in and upon any adjoining
real property which they may own for the purpose of gaining in-
gress to and egress from the said right of xray for purposes of
construction and maintenance.

COMPANY, the corporation that executed the within Instrument,
known to me to be the persons who executed the within Instrument
on behalf of the Corporation therein named, and acknowledged to nye
that such Corporation executed the same.
