forever maintain a storm ditch over and across that certain

California described as follows:

A portion of Lots 12 and 13 of Pala Addition, as per plat
recorded in Book 13 of Daps, page 40, San Bernardino County California;
being a right of way five(5) feet in width, two and one -half (2j) feet
on each side of center line of present ditch, commencing at a point
on center line thereof and southerly line of Clifton Avenue , thence
southerly along said center line to its intersection with the westerly
line of Lot 13, thence a right of way two and one--half (22) feet in
width southerly along the west line of said lots 12 and 13 to southerly
line of Lot 12.
Together with the right to enter in and upon any adjoin-
ing real nroperty which we may own for the purpose
of gaining ingress to and e€rens from the said right of way
