3 This indenture, made this 13th day of May, 1938, between L. Helmer
4 Ek and Wynne V. Ek, his wife, of Redlands, California, the parties
5 of the first part, and the CITY OF REDUNDS, a municipal corporatic
6 the party of the second part, witnesseth:
7 For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, ($10.00)
8 to them in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
9 the parties of the first part do by these presents grant, bargain,
10 sell, convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim, unto the City
11 of Redlands, a municipal corporation, all the right, title, intere.
12 ' estate, claim and expectancy, of the said parties of the first part
13 of, in and to all that certain lot and parcel of land, situate in
14 i` the City of Redlands, County of Satz Bernardino, and bounded and des
15 4 cribed as follows, to wit :
16 Portions of Lots 3 and 4, Terracina Park, as per map recorded
in Book 21 of Maps, Page 56, San Bernardino County records,
17 California, described as follows: Beginning at the South-
easterly corner of said Lot 4, thence along the northerly line
18 of Laurel Road as shown on said map South 56 degrees 20 minutes
I West 17.33 feet, thence on a curve to the right with a radius of
19 125.70 feet a distance of 76.42 feet, thence leaving said
Uortherly line of Laurel Road North 51 degrees 50 minutes East
20 213.23 feet to a point on the Easterly line of aforesaid Lot
3, said point being 40 feet from. the `outheasterly corner of said
21 Lot 3, thence South 39 degrees 6 minutes West 131415 feet to the
point of beginning.
