AND WHEREAS tht parties of the second part desire to acquire
2 from the party of the first part, and the party of the first
3 part is willing to grant to the parties of the second part, a
4 right of way and easement over Lot NO. 1 from East fern Avenue
5 to the Alley in said i=airview Tract No . 4 , in the City of
6 Redlands, County of ban Bernardino , State of California.
r' NOW, THEREFORE IT IS MUTUALLY iLGRLED as follOws:
8 That the party of the first part hereby gives and grants
9 to the parties of the second part and to their heirs and assigns ,
10 as appurtenances to the premises of the parties of the second
11 part as above described, the full and free right at all times
12 hereafter to enter upon and pass over on foot and to use as a
13 right of way for vehicles over a portion of Lot NO- 1 from

granted is to be and shall be null and void, and that upon such,

acquisition of the said properties by the party of the first

part by any method or procedure used, no consideration is to

be or shall be paid for said Easement.
