THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 21 day of July , 1960, by and
between John E. Melcher and Mary B. Melcher, husband and wife., hereinarter called
"Owner", their heirs, executors, administ-- 'j.,l�, agents or assigns, and the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called
"City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and read property located in

described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:

Block 32 in West Redlands, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,

County.
(Being that parcel of land 10 feet by 175 feet contiguous to and south of
that property known as 326 San Mateo Street, Redlands, California, belonging
to Charles Harter.)
AND VUTEREAS, City desires
To install and maintain water facilities over and across the above described
