RESOLUTION CONCER11ING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROM:
JULIA LEDERER.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,, has
received from JULIA TEDERER, the grant of real property by Grant Deed in the
City of Redlandaj, County of San Bernardino; State of California, as descr:.bed
in the deed dated duly 27, 1960s and attached hereto, said property including-
An Easement 10 feet in width lying within the Southerly half of
Laurel Avenue; as shown by the Map of West Redlands,, as per plat
recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 229 reaords of said County and
vacated by Resolution No. 330 by the City of Redlands, the center-
line of said Easement being described as follows-
BEGINNING at a poin.t__on the centexline of said Laurel Avenue
South 361 20s 20" West 487.65 feet from the canterline inter-
section of San Mateo Street and said centerline; thence South
